Pediatric Physicians – We are Specialists

Did you know....a pediatrician is considered a specialist?  A pediatrician must complete a three year residency program just like a family physician, Internist, or OB-GYN physician in order to become board certified.  Then, to maintain board certification, a pediatrician must complete 600 hours of continuing medical education and pass an all day recertification exam every seven years.  This continuing education enables pediatricians to keep their knowledge base current.

Our pediatricians specialize in the health care of infants, children and adolescents including newborn intensive care, breast feeding, nutrition, sports physicals, diabetics, behavioral disorders, and cancer care.

As pediatricians, we appreciate you trusting us to be a part of your child’s development.  You can count on us to be there.
